## Description

Creates a disposable, identity-owned simulation for agent testing. Supply RFC 3339 timestamps; scheduled events must fall between frozenTime and maxTime. Accepts at most 100 transactions and 25 goals with up to 100 contributions each. Transaction types are INCOME or EXPENSE; names are 1-120 characters, amounts are positive and at most 1000000000, currencies are three uppercase letters, and categories are at most 80 characters. Goal targets are positive and at most 1000000000; initial amounts cannot exceed targets; contribution amounts are positive and at most 1000000000. frozenTime must be within ten years of now; maxTime is ten years after frozenTime. Supply a frozenTime and scheduled synthetic transactions and goal contributions. Only clock readback exposes these records; they never touch real accounts, transactions, goals, or bank connections. Clocks expire after seven days.
