Get Current User - returns information about the authenticated user.

Get Current User - returns information about the authenticated user.

This handler returns the current user's credentials and associated user
accounts based on the raw access-binding sequence. Expiry is not filtered,
duplicates retain binding order, and bindings to missing users are skipped. No
parameters are required.

Authentication: Required (Bearer token)

Parameters: None

Returns:
- credentials (object): User credential information including ID and type
- users (array): Array of user accounts associated with the credential
