Is Savi Finance another budgeting app? What makes Savi Finance different?

Savi Finance isn't just another budgeting app—it’s a reimagination of financial planning for those who find traditional budgets tedious, restrictive, or uninspiring. We believe the best plans are built together, with insights and support from your loved ones and community guiding smarter decisions.

Do you support multi-currency?

Yes, we support all currencies, so you can add any assets you have. We currently only support real-time bank connections in both Canada and the US, with plans to expand to additional regions soon.

What if I’m switching from Mint, Google Sheets, or Excel?

You can easily import your CSVs from Mint to use Savi without the need to reformat them into a spreadsheet.

Can I export my data from Savi Finance?

Yes, you can export and download your financial information in CSV format anytime, both from on web and mobile.

Do you have a refund policy?

You can cancel your Savi subscription at any time. To request a refund, please email [email protected] and include the email address associated with your account. Please note that cancelling your subscription will not delete your Savi account. You’ll continue to have access to Savi until the end of your current billing period but will not be charged moving forward.

How do I restart my subscription after cancelling?

If you’ve recently made a cancellation request but changed your mind before the end of your billing period, you can only restart your Savi subscription once the current billing cycle has ended. To restart your subscription, please email [email protected] and include the email address associated with your account. Please note that if you don’t restart your subscription, you will be moved to the Free tier.

How does Savi Finance protect my data?

Transactions appear in real-time on Savi as you spend, securely powered by multiple providers (Plaid and Finicity). Savi will never sell your data to third parties.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Savi offers a Free plan, and the pricing page lists monthly and annual billing for paid plans. It does not advertise a paid-plan trial. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and retain access through the current billing period.

Is a credit card required to get started?

No, we believe that improving your personal finances should be accessible to all, which is why we offer a free tier that lets you track your spending and set life goals without a spreadsheet.

Is Savi Finance available in all platforms?

Yes, we’re available on both web and mobile.
