Creates a new account for the authenticated user.

Description

Creates a new account for the authenticated user.

Required field: name (or a natural-language sentence like "create a savings account for an emergency fund").
Casual speech is fine: checking / savings / credit card / emergency fund are inferred.
"Open a credit card" creates a credit account — not a spendable budget or goal.
Vague prompts like "add an account" should be clarified (ask checking vs savings vs credit).
If a similar account already exists, this tool refuses the duplicate and returns the existing name.

After creation, confirm in plain language (e.g. "Created Emergency Fund"). For follow-ups, pass accountName with that display name (e.g. log expenses on Emergency Fund).
