Creates a new life plan — the top-level container for saving goals, income projections, and expense projections.

Creates a new life plan — the top-level container for saving goals, income projections, and expense projections.

Requires name (treated as the display label — not rewritten server-side).
annualInflationRate defaults to 0.03 (3%) when omitted. currentSavings is in cents (e.g. 250000 = $2,500); defaults to 0.
If a plan with the same name (case-insensitive) already exists, nothing is created and guidance points to the existing plan.
There is no edit/delete life plan API; create carefully. After creation, call read_life_plan or get_financial_plan.
