Description
Creates a time-tracking entry. Requires startTime (ISO 8601), or notes with an explicit duration like '2 hours', '1h30m' or '45 minutes'. When startTime is omitted and notes contain a duration, the entry starts at 09:00 on the day the notes name (yesterday, else today) in timeZone (UTC if unset) and lasts that duration. MCP never invents a duration. Notes starting with log/record/track/add/enter are shortened to the activity; other notes are kept verbatim. userId is set automatically.Input parameters
