Deletes one saving goal by savingGoalId for the authenticated user.

Description

Deletes one saving goal by savingGoalId for the authenticated user.

Get savingGoalId from list_goals, read_goal, or create_goal, or pass goalName with the exact goal name.
goalName auto-resolves only on an exact (case-insensitive) match; partial matches return the candidates to confirm.
If savingGoalId is unknown, call list_goals first.
