Returns a unified financial plan: life plans, saving goals, income/expense projections, plus chart-ready series for visualization.

Call this when the user asks to project spending/income, see cash flow outlook, "generate a projection of my expenditure", graph future spend, or view the overall financial plan.

Response includes `charts` (months + incomeDollars/expenseDollars/netDollars) — ALWAYS render those as a chat-visible chart/image (not numbers only; not .ts/.html source files).
For targeted edits, use create_goal / create_income_projection / create_expense_projection.
