Lists expense projections (expected future spending) for the authenticated user.

Description

Lists expense projections (expected future spending) for the authenticated user.

Use projection.id as projectionId in update_projection or delete_projection.
To add an expense, call create_expense_projection. For income, use list_income_projections.

This tool takes no parameters.
