Updates a tag by tagId. Wraps the updateTag RPC.
Description
Updates a tag by tagId. Wraps the updateTag RPC.
If tagId is unknown, pass tagName with the current tag name (or hint like "business").
Get tagId from list_tags.
If tagFieldMasks is omitted, masks are inferred from the provided tag fields.
After updating, call list_tags to verify the new values.Input parameters
